Product Operations Internship (Remote)
We are a startup company dedicated to developing an AI-powered dating application that aims to foster genuine friendships in this connected but often lonely era.
Our team consists of talented individuals with backgrounds in frontend development from ByteDance and Matrixport, senior product management from TanTan, engineering from Meituan's private cloud platform, and backend development from renowned e-commerce companies.
By joining us, you will have the opportunity to obtain a recommendation letter from senior colleagues upon completion of the internship.
▌We hope you possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills (verbal & written) with the ability to articulate logical thinking clearly
- Goal-oriented and proactive, balancing efficiency and quality, while actively managing project timelines and communicating updates
- Available for at least 3 days per week during the internship, with a preference for candidates able to commit to a minimum of 2 months (flexible remote work)
▌If you have the following additional qualifications, it would be great!
- Experience in analyzing user feedback and data
- Proficiency in using Excel for data organization and analysis
- Fast learner, unafraid to ask questions about unclear matters, and motivated to optimize products and processes
- Social media enthusiast familiar with mainstream market trends (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Relevant experience in student organizations (e.g., department associations, student unions, etc.)
▌Here, you will learn:
- The operations of a social networking and dating application, as well as strategies to enhance user experience
- The product model and growth strategies of dating apps
- Data analysis for product optimization and promotion, gaining insights into the social networking industry and broadening your perspective
▌Interview Process: Qualified candidates will be notified and proceed through the following interview stages:
- Completion of a pre-interview task (to be submitted within 5 days)
- 60-minute interview
- Remote work is available.
