Context

Within the IT department, CIO Office team, coordinate and manage financial analyses on IT domains, including PMO responsibilities.

Your Position

• Collect, analyze, structure and report the needed data for forecast and budget exercise.
• Provide support in ad-hoc analyses (resource consumption, projects, P&L,…)
• Provide reporting that should enable IT Top Management to measure performance and make the right decision
• Ensure the monthly closure of the timesheets of the Group
• Prepare and present the IT capacity management
• Ensure the IT FTE monthly follow up
• Prepare the PMO reporting of the key program of the Bank

Your Profile

• Bachelor/Master in Finance/Economics with 2 years experience;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI is a +
• IT domains Knowledge is a +
• French / English (Dutch is a +)
• Analytical skills are a MUST
• Effective communication (to all various levels of stakeholders)
