Can work independently with less monitoring Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Explain the product or service to the prospects/clients and persuade them into signing up for the product or service during the meetings
Find leads through websites and come up with other innovative ways to obtain leads (eg. from forum, social media posting, etc)
Make cold calls, do follow ups to set up and conduct meetings with prospects/clients ensure sales objectives and targets are achieved in a timely manner
Creatively find ways to achieve high sales volume
Handling enquiry via calls emails & follow-up calls to potential customers regarding quotation.
Follow up on all quotations issued and potential customers by phone or email
Maintaining and develop good relationship with customers.
Check daily sales email, filing and report
Updating sales & marketing customer data directory and monthly sales performance report and New Order Report
All tasks assigned are to be carried through optimal use of resources and good practices
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
To carry out any other functions of certification systems/ processes as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken & written English. Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.
Good interpersonal skills
Independent, self-motivated, result-orientated, willing to learn
Must possess own car transportation with valid driving license
Willing to travel
Preferable with sales experience
