The role
As a Senior IT Engineer Executive, you will be managing and maintaining network infrastructure as well as several client, server, storage and communication systems. As a key member of the IT team, you will actively define the customer experience of our services.

- Acting as the first point of contact and providing technical support to end-users:
- Receiving and handling incident reports, questions and change requests via phone, email, chat and our internal ticket system
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support and proactively monitoring pending tickets
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Supporting with the evaluation, conception and further development of infrastructure solutions
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure across the business
- Ensuring that IT systems are secure and in compliance with internal and external regulations
The candidate
You have experience working in IT engineering with in-depth expertise of Windows and other operating systems. Being familiar with and having experience in cloud systems (Azure, M365, Teams, SharePoint) is an advantage. Your strong analytical and methodical skills and your structured and independent way of working allow you to easily adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. In addition to understanding the importance of putting clients first and delivering at the highest standards, you are driven by a desire to improve. Your welcoming and approachable demeanour make interacting with colleagues easy and effective. Finally, you have a natural aptitude for quickly grasping new technologies, industries and stakeholder environments.
